Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Duaathecollection! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please note: During high-volume periods, sale events, or new collection launches, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.


    Order Tracking

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

    If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at duaathecollection@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Duaathecollection is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

    Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at duaathecollection@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging.

    Lost or Stolen Packages: Duaathecollection is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost or stolen. We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
